Park and Relax started in 2018 after I graduated from GCI, I wanted to spread the knowledge of, love for, and care for massage, but in the comfort of peoples homes and businesses. The mission was to educate people that massage is actually not just a luxury but also a necessity, necessary to maintain an overall healthy lifestyle. Massage is what the french call, détente, meaning stress relief. We all have stressors that occur in our life, sometimes even daily, and believe it or not, our muscles hold onto that stress leaving us tight and with tension. Many of us also workout, care physically for loved ones, and/or work daily. Whether we are sitting all day, standing all day, or sitting and standing all day our bodies develop this tension which leaves our bodies in knots. This is why having the convenience of a massage therapist coming to your home, fighting traffic to get to you, saving you that stress from the drive alone is standard for Park and Relax. We don’t want clients coming in to their massage with more stress than usual, due to traffic, or leaving the massage and instantly running into those stressors.
