Service Description
ALL service deposits are nonrefundable. Any add-ons such as: cupping, aroma therapy, CBD Oil, Hot Towels are an addition cost. That cost is not included in the price listed, and must be paid for 24 hours after booking. Clients are responsible for mileage the massage therapist drives to and from. Park and Relax calculates mileage 50 cents per mile. Once your massage is booked you will receive an invoice via email, featuring the mileage cost and the add on cost. Invoice must be paid no later than 24 hours after booking.
Cancellation Policy
Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $50 ($30 for a half-hour session). Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will have to pay in advance for next booked service's full amount. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, our therapists not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
